The Haliburton innovation team is excited to announce the new product line of enrobed pastas. It works by using a highly efficient batch production process combining two processes; sauce enrobing and individual quick-freezing to prevent sticking and clumping. In addition we are able to deliver a perfect balance of product with sauce that is portionable and ready to be re-thermalized. Our new product line using this technology will include Three Cheese Macaroni, Gemelli Pasta with Pesto Cream Sauce and also Alfredo with Penne and Shrimp.
